Jazzschool Institute faculty Arjun Verma presents a concert of North Indian classical music on sitar, accompanied by Nikhil Pandya on tabla. North Indian classical music combines traditional melodies and rhythms with dynamic improvisation and interaction between musicians, covering the musical spectrum from deeply contemplative to exhilarating.

Verma is a student of Ali Akbar Khan and has performed around the world, including performances at the United Nations in Geneva and Prague Castle in the Czech Republic. Verma and Pandya are on the faculty of the Ali Akbar College of Music.
